Meatless Meatball Marinara Sub

Ingredients

  • 4 x 18029g Meatless Meatballs (fully cooked)
  • 6 inch Sub Roll
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Kerrymaid Vegan Slices, cut into triangles

Method

  1. Mix Meatballs through marinara sauce
  2. Evenly lay the meatballs in a line alone one side of the opened sub roll
  3. Place 1 1/2 Kerrymaid Vegan Slices (cut into triangles) along the top of the meatless meatballs
  4. Heat in the Merrychef oven at temperature set to 275C for 3 minutes. Fan 50% and power 100%.

  • This could work great with Naked Glory Roast Strips also. Don't forget to make sure your roll is vegan.
