Kerrymaid’s Chicken Korma
This is a great dish to introduce children to new flavours. It’s mild and creamy so does not overpower their taste buds, but introduces a range of slightly more exotic flavours.

Ingredients
- 400ml (14oz) Chefs Pass Chicken Powder Bouillon
- 100ml (4oz) Kerrymaid Single
- 1tbsp Coriander
- 100ml Vegetable Oil
- 1 (3.5oz) Onions
- 4 tbsp Chicken Korma Paste
- 4 Chicken Thighs
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the onions cook until soft for around 5 minutes
- Add the chicken korma paste and chopped coriander and cook for a further 5 minutes
- Dice the chicken thighs and mix with the korma paste with the chicken stock, cover and simmer for 30 minutes
- Add the Kerrymaid Single and reduce down until it’s the right consistency for a further 30 minutes
- Serve with the option of brown rice or naan bread
