Kerrymaid’s “Dirty” Cheesy Sauce

Extra Cheesy and perfect for dipping or topping fries, chicken and anything else!

Kerrymaid Cheesy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 400g Kerrymaid Original Slices
  • 400ml Kerrymaid Single
  • 80g Gochujang Paste
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Method

  1. Place the Kerrymaid Single & Gochujang paste into a heavy bottomed pan and bring to the boil
  2. Remove from the heat
  3. Add the Kerrymaid Original Slices separated one by one, whisking constantly until smooth
  4. Keep warm to serve

TOP TIP FROM OUR CHEF

  • For a less spicy sauce, omit or reduce the gochujang paste
  • If you want a looser sauce, add more Kerrymaid Single/reduce the Kerrymaid Original Slices
