Kerrymaid’s “Dirty” Cheesy Sauce

Ingredients
- 400g Kerrymaid Original Slices
- 400ml Kerrymaid Single
- 80g Gochujang Paste
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Method
- Place the Kerrymaid Single & Gochujang paste into a heavy bottomed pan and bring to the boil
- Remove from the heat
- Add the Kerrymaid Original Slices separated one by one, whisking constantly until smooth
- Keep warm to serve
TOP TIP FROM OUR CHEF
- For a less spicy sauce, omit or reduce the gochujang paste
- If you want a looser sauce, add more Kerrymaid Single/reduce the Kerrymaid Original Slices
