Kerrymaid’s Banana & Blueberry Ice pops

Custard / Single

Ingredients

  • 360g Blueberries
  • 700g Kerrymaid Custard
  • 120g Kerrymaid Single
  • 20 Disposable Cups

Method

  1. Take all of the ingredients (Bananas peeled) and blend together until smooth with a purple colour.
  2. Take the cups and divide the mix evenly between them. There is an option to secure a stick vertically in the mix to form a lollipop, but it also works to drop a small spoon into the mix.
  3. Freeze the cups overnight, and serve in the cups. The kids will be able to pull them from the cups and lick them if they wish, or spoon them from the cups if they prefer.

  • The Bananas are important for the texture, if using small bananas, ensure you have at least 460g of bananas once peeled. You can substitute any other fruit you wish for the blueberries, and frozen or tinned fruit works well
