Over the last few years brunch has arguably become one of the most on trend meal occasions, with UK consumers spending a staggering average of £76 million every day on breakfast or brunch out of home.
Brunch offers an ‘any meal, any time of day’ approach and with 47% of consumers going out for breakfast at the weekend and with most of them eating after 11am, it presents a great opportunity for many foodservice outlets to capitalise on.
We have launched two ready to use sauces to help operators take advantage of this increasingly popular meal occasion – Kerrymaid Hollandaise and Kerrymaid Bechamel. These delicious sauces taste as though they are made from scratch saving you valuable prep time.
